Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Silver Intelligence — the website at silverintelligence.co and the platform at silverintelligence.si (together, the “Service”), operated by Silver Intelligence (“Silver Intelligence,” “we,” “us”).

By creating an account, or by using any part of the Service that doesn't require one — reading Eternal or browsing the Open Library, for instance — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — your name, email, and anything else you add to your profile — and for keeping it reasonably up to date.

An account is created with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us right away at contact@silverintelligence.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Silver Intelligence brings together, under one account:

• Eternal — a public feed of writing, readable by anyone without an account; posting requires signing in.
• Open Library — a catalogue of books, browsable and readable page-by-page without an account; previewing further, buying, and renting require signing in.
• My Library— the books you've bought, rented, or saved.
• Create Book— an AI-assisted writing workspace, including AI-generated images for a book's sections.
• AI Mentor— an AI study and research companion drawing on what you've read and written on the platform.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll try not to take away something you've already paid for without notice.

Eternal and the Open Library are open to read without signing in. Everything else — commenting, posting, previewing beyond a book's first page, buying, renting, My Library, Create Book, and AI Mentor — requires a signed-in account.

Basic and Advanced memberships are sold monthly or yearly. A membership is a fixed-term pass, not a subscription in the recurring sense: it does not auto-renew or charge you again on its own. When it lapses, you can buy another term if you want to continue.

New accounts may claim a one-time, 3-day trial of Advanced, once per account, ever. Where a trial or a monthly plan is priced at ₹0 — whether because the trial is free or because a valid, single-use coupon code was applied — no payment is collected, but we require a real mobile number and profession before activating it. This exists to keep the offer meaningful and to prevent automated abuse, not to gate the Service behind unnecessary information — both are used only as described in our Privacy Policy.

A promotional coupon code, where offered, may be redeemed once per account, for the trial or a monthly plan only. We may end or change a coupon offer at any time without affecting redemptions already completed.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card or bank details.

Buying a book grants permanent access to read it on the Service. Renting a book grants access for the rental period you chose at checkout; access ends when that period expires.

Because these are digital goods delivered immediately on purchase, refunds are not guaranteed. If something goes wrong — a failed payment that still charged you, a book that doesn't open, a duplicate charge — contact contact@silverintelligence.co and we'll look into it in good faith.

You own what you write and publish on Silver Intelligence — Eternal posts, authored books, notes, and everything else you create. By posting or publishing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the Service (for example, showing your Eternal post in the public feed, or your book in the Open Library once you publish it).

You agree not to post or upload content that:

• Is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Harasses, threatens, or targets another person.
• Is spam, or attempts to manipulate Eternal's resonance or featuring mechanics.
• Attempts to abuse the free trial, a coupon code, or any other pricing mechanic — for example, creating multiple accounts to claim a one-time offer more than once.

We may remove content, or suspend an account, that violates this.

AI Mentor's answers and Create Book's AI-assisted writing and AI-generated images are produced by machine learning models and can be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong. They are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. You're responsible for how you use anything an AI feature produces, including verifying it before relying on it.

The Silver Intelligence name, logo, and the software, design, and branding of the Service (apart from content users create) belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms gives you rights to them beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

You can stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time by contacting contact@silverintelligence.co. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, and will try to give notice where we reasonably can. A membership or purchase already made is not automatically refunded on termination, except as described in Section 7.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We'll update the effective date above when we do; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
